This $23 million ground-flood revitalization will breathe fresh life into this contemporary complex. Once renovations are complete in Spring 2020, 33 Bloor Street East will offer stunning retail space in one of Toronto’s most prestigious luxury retail hubs.
The renovations will relocate the main lobby of the building and directly connect the building space to the Bloor-Yonge subway station. Since the average daily ridership at this station is 204,630 people, this connection will make it easier than ever to connect customers to this retail space.
Probus Project Management led the proforma, construction and all approvals with the City of Toronto and TTC system.
33 Bloor Street East is an integral piece of Toronto’s Bloor corridor, which is internationally recognized as one of the world’s top ten shopping destinations. Retailing on Bloor Street is primarily high-end and includes a strong concentration of flagship stores for both global brands and Canadian retail icons such as Holt Renfrew and Harry Rosen.
