Ice District Block K

ICE Block K offers modern amenities and a high efficiency design in an unrivaled commercial setting of over 125,000 square feet. The building features highly visible retail opportunities at grade, the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino on second floor offering world-class gaming, dining and live entertainment and it is the new headquarters for the Oilers Entertainment Group.

Probus Project Management lead the construction of this building, which included finalizing the cost sharing agreements with Rogers Place Arena and the traffic management plans with the City of Edmonton. We also managed the Casino tenant relationship, and worked to negotiate the lease schedule C.

Ice District Block K was the first building completed in the fall of 2016, as part of the private development within ICE District. The edifice is interconnected to the world class Rogers Place Arena and the newly constructed MacEwan LRT station.
