This $23 million ground-floor revitalization breathes fresh life into this contemporary complex. After renovations were completed in Spring 2020, 33 Bloor Street East now offers stunning retail space in one of Toronto's most prestigious luxury retail hubs.

The renovations relocated the main lobby of the building and directly connected the building space to the Bloor-Yonge subway station. Since the average daily ridership at this station is 204,630 people, this connection made it easier than ever to connect customers to this retail space.
