Edmonton Motors is a two-phase redevelopment in Edmonton's Oliver neighbourhood, steps from the North Saskatchewan River valley and Grant Notley Park, on the site of a long-standing auto dealership. The project replaces the dealership with two residential towers — 35 and 42 storeys — set above a retail podium, delivering roughly 825 rental units and nearly 675,000 square feet of mixed-use space in total.
Residents will have access to downtown amenities alongside on-site features including a fitness centre, communal gardens, a daycare, a playground, a pet area, and an outdoor barbecue space.
