ICE Block BG is a perfectly blended mix of comfortable residential space (Block B) combined with pure retail attraction space (Block G). This marriage of form and function boasted over 200,000 square feet in the heart of Edmonton's ICE District.
This building is in a prime location and is surrounded by Rogers Place, Stantec Tower, and the City of Edmonton Tower. In addition to the amenities close by, this building is also home to two large format restaurants, and a 23,000 square foot second floor supermarket. ICE Block BG also has approximately 8,000 square feet of dedicated indoor residential amenity space that spills out to an outdoor rooftop area.
A three-story office hub and a residential lobby connects the tower to the main central atrium of the plaza. Sitting atop this office space, the residential tower (Block B) is home to 568 residential suites, completed in the fall of 2021.
Probus Project Management led the design and construction for this project, and also oversaw the rezoning for the site.
