Stantec Tower
Edmonton, AB
Mixed-Use
Stantec Tower anchors the southeast corner of the ICE District plaza, forming a new beacon on Edmonton's skyline. Rising more than 820 feet across 67 storeys, it became one of the tallest structures in Alberta upon completion in fall 2018, and is home to the highest residential address in Canada west of Toronto.
The tower totals approximately 1.35 million square feet, split between 843,000 square feet of commercial space and 484 condominium units, and is built to LEED Gold standards to minimize its water, power and operational environmental impact.
Probus Project Management delivered the project one month ahead of a challenging schedule, led the site's rezoning, and worked closely with the City of Edmonton to secure all required approvals.
