The Parks

The Parks is a three-building rental community sitting at the edge of downtown Edmonton's planned central park, adding much-needed green space to the core of the city. The three towers — 35, 11 and 45 storeys — bring more than 900,000 square feet of residential rental space to the downtown core.

Completed in 2023, the community includes more than 1,000 apartments and 600 parking stalls. Residents have direct access to downtown amenities, along with nearby communal gardens, playgrounds, a library, grocery stores and the LRT station, and sit close to the Government District, Financial District and Rogers Place.
