ICE Block BG
ICE Block BG is a perfectly blended mix of comfortable residential space (Block B) combined with pure retail attraction space (Block G). This marriage of form and function boasts over 200,000 square feet in the heart of Edmonton’s ICE District.
This building is in a prime location and is surrounded by Rogers Place, Stantec Tower and the City of Edmonton Tower. In addition to the amenities right outside the front door, this building will also be home to two large format restaurants, and a 23,000 square foot second floor supermarket. ICE Block BG will also have approximately 8,000 square feet of dedicated indoor residential amenity space that will spill out to an outdoor rooftop area.
A three-story office hub and a residential lobby will connect the future tower to the main central atrium of the plaza. Sitting atop this office space, the residential tower (Block B) will be home to 568 residential suites when completed in the fall of 2021. It is in the final phases of design development.
Probus Project management is leading the design and construction for this project, and will also oversee the rezoning for the site.
