Jasper & 123

Jasper and 123 is a modern and spacious new residential tower that will be developed in the heart of Edmonton’s Oliver community. When construction is completed in the spring of 2023, the building will be home to over 300 residential rental units. 

The tower, which is being developed for a premier Toronto-based developer, will sit atop a striking two-storey podium that will include approximately 5,000 square-feet of retail space along Jasper Ave and 123 St NW. In addition to the local restaurants and entertainment, the building will also include a fitness centre, party room, communal kitchen, and a rooftop water feature. 

Probus Project Management assembled the strategy to select the construction partner, assisted with proforma development, and will develop the schedule and construction budget for this property.
