103 Street Centre

This $15 million ground-floor revitalization will modernize Edmonton’s existing downtown structure. When construction is completed in the summer of 2020, 103 Centre Street will be transformed into a technology hub with a rejuvenated fitness centre, conference centre and tenant lounge.

Probus Project Management is the lead for the budget, schedule, design and construction for this project. 

The building offers a variety of amenities including a bistro-style quick service restaurant, three levels of heated underground parking with manned 24/7 security. It is also connected to the Edmonton Pedway system and is steps away from the LRT.
