Edmonton Motors

Edmonton Motors is an exciting redevelopment in a prime location in Edmonton’s Oliver neighbourhood just a few meters from the River Valley and Grant Notley Park.

This two-phase project is being developed for a major Pension Fund owner and will be completed in two phases. The redevelopment will introduce nearly 675,000 square feet of mixed use space and include 825 rental units with work-life large units. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in the fall of 2023. In addition to access to the downtown amenities, this building will also boast a fitness centre, communal gardens, daycare, playground, pet area, and an outdoor area with barbeques. 

Probus Project Management will be playing the main role, which includes leading construction, selecting the construction manager and consultants, as well as developing the marketing and financing strategy. on behalf of a Pension Fund owner in the project.
