Ice District Block K was the first building completed in the fall of 2016, as part of the private development within ICE District in Edmonton, Alberta. The edifice is interconnected to the world class Rogers Place Arena and the newly constructed MacEwan LRT station.
ICE Block K offers modern amenities and a high efficiency design in an unrivaled commercial setting of over 125,000 square feet. The building features highly visible retail opportunities, the Grand Villa Edmonton Casino on second floor offering world-class gaming, dining and live entertainment and it is the new headquarters for the Oilers Entertainment Group.
Probus oversaw the Casino tenant relationship and led negotiations of the lease agreements.
